You may only use the Prodigy Talents Artwork that was provided to you Via the Prodigy Program in accordance with this Document!On Stream use ( Kick, Twitch or any other livestreaming platform except Youtube LIve ) :

What the Prodigy Program Does & Doesn't Cover :
- Does Cover : Logo [ Username or Symbol with Theme ], Emotes, Badges, Banners and Static Alerts.
- Doesn't Cover : Icon [ Face / Mascot with Theme ], Overlay, Bio / Panels, Animation, Intros, Transitions, Half and Full Body artwork.
If there are additional items you desire that the Prodigy Program does not cover, you will need to cover the associated expenses.
However, these items will be offered at a discounted rate, allowing you to make cost-effective choices and save money.Estimated Turnaround :
- At Prodigy, we aim to fulfill orders within one week from the order placement date. For medium and large orders, the turnaround time will extend to approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
- The order's classification as Small, Medium, or Large will be clearly indicated on Trello for your reference.How the Prodigy Program Works & Updates :
- A Trello link will be given to you so that you can keep track of updates, delays, and other details.
- xJakkAttack will be working on orders Monday - Friday, having the weekends, Holidays, sick days, unplanned issues, family reasons, and special occasions off.
- We aim to always provide some visuals on each update; however, this may not always be the case and updates can vary from written, visual or / and a recorded verbal.
- Visual updates will need approval before moving on; at this time, you will be asked for changes and adjustments.
- For Verbal updates, they will be recorded and stored for future reference.
- If an update is given and you do not reply within 2 business days, you will receive a reminder message; if that goes unnoticed for 1 day, Mindfreaken will reach out.
- If no reply after 24 hours; the order will be put on hold, and you will be responsible for any future cost moving forward with the unfinished items.
- In case there is a constant issue with communication or issues in general, xJakkAttack and / or Mindfreaken have the right to place your order “ On Hold ” .
- If the order is placed On Hold; you will need to pay an inconvenience fee of $25 dollars to have your hold removed.Fast Pass Priorities, Fees, Approval Process, Engagement & Updates :
- For those seeking expedited service, our Fast Pass option guarantees that your order will receive top priority over all others in the queue.
- An additional fee will be applied when using this service; Orders under 60$ additional 40$, Over 61$ additional 60$.
- Before any payment is processed, the order will need to be approved by Mindfreaken.
- Once Approved, your order will be elevated to the highest priority and worked on diligently until completion.
- For these orders, active participation is essential. It is mandatory to remain accessible and regularly check Discord for real-time updates on your order's progress.
Your engagement ensures the swiftest and most efficient fulfillment of your request.
- Active participation is defined as reaching out and giving updates as soon as you can. If you do not do anything after 12 hours, we hold the right to cancel your order.
- Failure to maintain active participation, your rushed status may be forfeited with no refund and the order will be placed last within the ongoing queue.Changes, Refunds & Cancellations :
- Two Changes are included per item and will be asked during the sketching stage & minor changes when the product is finished.
- Once the final product is approved, no additional changes will be made.
- Refunds are only provided for items that were paid for additionally.
- You may cancel an order at any given time; however, if you request that you do not want a refund, you are unable to change your mind at a later date and time.
- When canceling an order, you will receive half of the payment back.
- If the order is already in progress, no refund can be made.Copyrights, Credit & Edits - Paid or Not :
- You have Full Copyrights : You are allowed to make money off the artwork, resize if needed for overlays, use it for banners, icons, socials, events, etc.
- You are Not Allowed To : Claim the artwork as your own, Remove/Cover my credit from the artwork, nor Edit the artwork in any way - this includes but is not limited to: Recoloring the picture, adding and changing any parts of the picture. Twitch default animation and After Effects are fine for emotes.
- When using any creations, please follow the Credit Guidelines.
- When using artwork on Twitch, feel free to give xJakkAttack the Artist Role or / and Attribute the emotes; please note this does not count as fully crediting.
- If you can't get the credit to be seen when using it as a picture or a site just doesn't have space for it, that's fine.
- Please ask if you are unsure what is and is not ok to do.Takedowns & Denials :
- If you are using characters that are not owned by you [ Pokemon, Disney, Movies, Game Characters, etc. ], Prodigy is not liable if they ask you to take it down nor will we replace the artwork for free.
- The same applies to any badges, stickers, emotes/emojis, and merch that are denied by Twitch or any other platform.Reviews :
- After completing an order, Mindfreaken will send a Review Form that is mandatory to fill out.
The form will ask you about the services you received from xJakkAttack, rating communication, turnaround time, availability, and other steps throughout the ordering process; we ask you to be honest and upfront about your experience.
